SMOKE AND GOLD SERIES

Mariya Ibragimova is a self taught artist with a background in fashion design and visual styling. She draws inspiration from people's fashion, style and personality. She's always been interested in the ever changing and evolving art scene and culture. Her characters are usually strange, unusual and at times disturbing yet beautiful. Her style is dark with a twist of bold colors, while maintaining a whimsical feel. She embraces originality and anything out of the ordinary. The gap between a woman's teeth is one of her favorite features to incorporate as well as her curves.  Her motto in life is to love yourself for all the perfect imperfections and is what she aims for women to feel and see through her art. 

BRAG was created by using a part of her last name to brand herself. She achieves passion, joy, and pain into all of her pieces, which you will find in the Smoke and Gold Series.

The original images were created using water color, Acrylic paints, ink, color pencil on Cold press finish water color paper. Each original print sold will come with a patch of your choosing. Just message or email me for which one you would want added to your order. Copies are photographed and edited through photoshop. Small hand details are added after printing along with the Brag signature and stamp. Limited edition prints are numbered and dated and stamped.
